Dor Beetle from Above

A Dor Beetle, or Dung Beetle, in the forests of Yoshino, Nara, Japan. An unusually pretty blue/green iridescent color for this kind of beetle. It is also called Earth-Boring Dung Beetle. Other than humans, this is the only known creature that orientates and navigates itself using the Milky Way galaxy.
